At the Louvre ! Islamic Arts Halls

From the windows of certain rooms of the palace, one can see, in the heart of one of the interior courtyards, an astonishing undulating mesh of gilded metal.

Since 2012, it is here, in an architecture of glass and light, that one can come and admire the collection of Islamic Arts from the Louvre. Today, more than 3,000 works allow you to discover the variety and luxury of these objects that belonged to caliphs, sultans or princes.
